For more than 20 years, Jasper has helped clients understand how accessibility requirements apply to real buildings, sites, public rights-of-way, and large facility programs.
His work is grounded in a practical belief in universal design: accessible environments should be clear, usable, inclusive, and planned around the needs of the people who use them.
